The self-made electric disc balancing car tutorial, only two wheels will not fall over, can still travel!

Using two used discs as the wheel and fulcrum of the car, the middle power unit is suspended in the disc without the ground. 

Due to the gravity, the middle part is always kept down, and the electric trolley can maintain the balance movement.

Make a U-shaped shelf with small wooden blocks.

Drill and install the bearing with gears.

Take another wooden block and fix the small motor with a cable tie. You can also use a strong double-sided tape.

The wood is then fixed in the middle of the shelf, and the gears of the motor are to be recessed with the gears on the bearings. The gears of the motor and the gears of the bearings should be just engaged, not too tight or too loose.

Paste the plastic wheel in the middle of the disc and install it on both ends of the bearing.

Connect the motor to the remote control (with battery compartment) with wires.
